We also shared information about the Round 2 Retail Agency Capacity Grant applications, as well as Grocery Purchasing Program subsidy information.

There is not a one-size-fits-all approach to building a food sourcing strategic plan; instead, this session will provide you with the framework, the tools, and the space to begin to think about your food bank’s goals and how achieve them. A food sourcing strategic plan is critical to help your food bank assess challenges, operationalize goals, and measure the impact of the changes you implement. In this session, you will learn the methodology of how to build a strategic plan, including goal setting, data analysis, assigning responsibility, and how to implement your goals. This session will culminate in a product sourcing strategic plan template that can be adapted for your food bank.
